Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your time is very valuable to us, as well as the time we set aside for your appointments. Due to frequent cancellations, we will be enforcing our cancellation policy.

• You may cancel your appointment without charge 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
• If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee for cleaning appointments and a $75 fee for all other appointment.
